About Broadcast Professional
Broadcast Professional Pte Ltd has been the forerunner in the Broadcasting and Recording Industry for the last 30 years and is responsible for many turnkey projects and system integration for many big and small broadcasters such as Radio Corporation of Singapore now named MediaCorp Radio, SPH MediaWorks, Radio Television Malaysia, Radio Television Brunei, NTUC Radio Heart and as well as Radio the Voice of Vietnam. We are also the major turnkey equipment system supplier to Form Recording Studio, the largest recording facility in Singapore as well as to Synchro Sound Studio, the largest recording facility in Malaysia, when we supplied and commissioned both their digital and analogue multi-track tape machines, monitoring, digital effects and Noise Reduction System.
Broadcast Professional Pte Ltd represents many major equipment manufacturers and premium product lines in the industry as well as many others for our main marketing territories of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Philippines, Indo-China and the Indian Sub Continent. We also provide consultancies and have worked on projects as far as China, Taiwan and the Middle East Countries.
BP is also the authorised repair centre for Tascam, Adam and our other Product lines. The skills of our sales and service personnel are consistently up-dated at their respective Principals’ factories / offices on their latest digital technology as well as on their latest machines and products. We have well-equipped workshops both in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur with the latest state-of-the-art bench test equipment as well as proprietary equipment from the manufacturer to service and maintain our Customers’ machines and equipment in tip-top condition and with the traditional Swiss precision.
Our branch office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia was registered in 1992 and now known as Broadcast Professional Sdn Bhd and moved into our newly renovated building located at No. 16 &16-1 Jalan 4/93A, Warisan Cityview, Off batu 2 ½ Jalan Cheras on 1st April 2005. We have a 1,000 sq ft showroom as well as a service centre with a well-equipped workshop on the ground floor to support and service both our Malaysia dealers and end-Users.
On 2nd July 2018, we moved into our brand new 3-storey building located at N-G-41, Blok N, Taipan Damansara 2, Jalan PJU 1A/1, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
We have a showroom, a warehouse as well as a Service Center that provides maintenance and repair services and a well-equipped workshop to support and service both our Dealers and End-Users.
Studer Revox Audio Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Studer AG in Switzerland, was incorporated in 17th May 1983 to serve the growing needs of the Broadcasting and Recording industry in the Asian region. It was renamed Studer S.E. Asia Pte. Ltd. in 26th July 1994, when Studer sold their Revox consumer line to concentrate solely on the professional Broadcast and Recording Industry as well as to project the identity of the area that we serve.
On 1st April 2005, the company took on a name change to Broadcast Professional Pte. Ltd. (BP). To enable it to expand its current range of broadcasting products to include similar high end broadcasting products as well as recording high fidelity equipment and professional sound system to cater to the needs of the entertainment, studios, school, radio and television broadcasting.
Our Core Team
We have more than 25 staff in our employment, 20 of whom are technical and sales personnel. All our service and key personnel are equipped with mobile phones in order to respond and attend to Customers’ needs and requirement quickly. This is to maintain one of our goals of being a company that provide the best and most value added services to our customers.
Our Support Team
Our Customer Service Centre is located at Tan Boon Liat Building, to provide a ONE STOP solution to all our customers who need services for their equipment.
With a wealth of experiences drawn from over the decades, our trained service engineers have developed a rich inventory of skills and knowledge to provide on-time deliveries at the highest quality and has enabled us to deliver faster turnaround times and better cost efficiencies for our customers.
Our Warehouse is fitted with commercial dehumidifying units so that delicate electronic equipment is kept in its best mint condition before delivery. The equipment is also stacked in multi tier racks with motorised and up-to-date forklifts and stacking equipment to minimise handling damages.
